Mental illness/ Depression is the biggest defect in human code so deal with it wisely

 

After I heard about Sushant Singh Rajput death I was stunned and thought that it's high time to find the mental illness bug in our human code and fix it ASAP. 

1. Talk to your family every day.
2. When negative thoughts hover just do something you like the most and keep yourself busy.
3. Be part of NGO initiatives for mental health.
4. Do not hesitate to consult a doctor.
5. Try to talk to old friends.
6. Do not compare yourself with others.
7. Don't be so hard on yourself.
8. Make some friends who are not from your profession so that you can talk on different topics apart from job.
9. Engage yourself in doing small things that make you happy.
10. Avoid staying alone when you are going through depression.
11. Don't be so dependent on any person so that when things go wrong then you can handle with ease.
12. Make your self-time in a daily routine and in those times just try to focus on the good part of yourself.
13. If you feel bad or low then take a ride, go out and strictly avoid staying at home.
14. If you lose your job or going through financial problem do not hesitate to ask for help from family or friends.
15. Lastly, keep your friends and family photos in your room so that if bad feelings grips you at least remember that your decision may impact lots of people in a devastating manner.
